Cohort sessions

Live prep, on a real schedule.

Cohort sessions are live, group-format prep sessions for serious cruise-ship applicants — a structured alternative to working the checklist alone. Each session is led by a facilitator with shipboard experience, capped at a small group, and built around a single concrete outcome: a resume pass, a mock medical, a contract review.

Hospitality
The resume pass alone saved me two weeks of guessing. Walked into the hiring window already aligned to the line-specific keywords the portal screens for.

Six weeks of structured cohort prep — seatime ledger updated, ENG1 booked, contract review done. I went from “maybe next year” to a signed contract start.

Medical
The mock ENG1 walkthrough caught two items I would have failed on. The cohort clinic-triage sessions built the muscle memory I needed for solo first-fifteen.
